Default I'm hosting a 12-person Texas Hold'em tournament, what should the details be?

How many people should cash out, what should the prize percentages be, if I allow one rebuy when should rebuys not be allowed anymore?

Make two tables of six. Pay out the top three, 50, 30, 20 percents for respective finishes. Merge tables when you get down to 8, and move players if the tables are unbalanced. Don't allow rebuys, but make blinds go up no longer than 20 minutes apart, and double the blinds every time they go up.Allow the players in the money to arrange a split if they wish, but make sure it is fair. Offer a second tournament in lieu of rebuys after the first one ends, because this shouldn't go on more than 2 hours. You'll surely have fewer entrants, so you can adjust your payouts as needed...top 2 if less than 10 entrants.
