You're drawing dead buddy - sorry. Your best bet to find a PLO game is during a major tourney and it isn't going to be low blinds. Some Station Casino's in Vegas spread a limit omaha high game but thats the closest you are going to find to a regularly spread low buy-in Omaha hi game - and it's not pot limit. The only regular B&M PLO game in the country is in San Diego at the Palomar club but the blinds are $10/$25. As I said though, during tournaments you can find some sporadic action but it is usually at least $5/$10 blinds and frequently much higher. I said usually because the old Reno Hilton, during it's Pot of Gold Tournaments spread a $1/$2 blind PLO hi game but I have heard recently that they have gone hi-lo.Your best bet is to cultivate a home game - there are a couple of PLO home games in the Dallas/FW area that I'm aware of but they're not low blinds though the games are well attended.Good luck! PLO rocks.
