Can you win real money on Pokerstars.com if you play in freeroll tournaments? Or can you not win any realy money if you don't play in real money tournaments? Some of the freeroll tournaments I play in say that the top 27 advance to another tournament for a chance to win $1,000, but it is a play money tournament. Can you win real money of play money tournaments?

Yes for those ones you can go into the other tournament that has some cash prizes, but it's very difficult to get to that point. I was lucky enough to win 1st place in one freeroll on PokerStars that had around 6,300 players and I advanced to the next with cash prizes but didn't do good enough in that one to win any money in it. So it's possible but you have to be extremely lucky to win anything that way. Those freerolls are brutal. No matter how good you are at poker if you're playing against upwards of 10,000 players you need some serious luck on your side to finish in top 27.

Yes, as long as you can beat thousands of other players. There is no skill to these things as it's a freeroll.
