You should have used fulltilt, but the first thing you should do is check their rules and regulations, and see if there is any way you can get around the situation being that they may not have the right for that information (especially your picture) now remember I said MAY, i dont know their policy but it seems a little scetchy being that your account is frozen, No matter what their policy is, I doubt they have the right to do that, if that is the case they should have sent you your money back, and banned you from the site but not frozen your money. It also depends on the gambling laws in your state

Because all require an age limitWhen I played underage online, I used my mother name and provived her ID if they asked, with her knowlegde and used my own money taken.Email them asking why you need to provide ID. If they have prove that your underage your pretty much screwed. I remember one time I accidently used my real name instead of my mothers and depsosited money and they asked for ID, i had to change it to my mothers names and year, calling in and saying I had someone else fill in the details for me until I realized they had it wrong - gave them my mothers ID and yelled at them for having money.Email them and tell them you were a loyal member and you dont understand for their non sense act that you want your account unfrozen. If they still say they need ID, provide your ID and use really good photoshop to change the year, or if you can call in as your'mother/father'wheather your a female or male saying your daughter/son has signed you up because you asked them to but they accidently used their name and not yours and tell them you'll provide"your"ID and take your parents

First off, you're not getting the money out, so you can forget about that. You broke the terms of agreement by playing before you were 18, and they are fully within their rights to permanently suspend the account and keep all of the money in it.Secondly, don't send a fake ID like Zippy is suggesting. So far, you have broken no laws, only violated the terms of agreement at Pokerstars. They can't do anything to you legally, but if you provide a fake ID, you will be committing a crime, and could (theoretically) be convicted for it.All you can do is tell ask them to delete the account and then re-register when you're actually 18 and can provide a valid ID showing you're of age.
