I see these poker game's on tv, I tried to watch, but give me a break. Who can and does watch those ignorant and boring shows?

dunno..but poker IS boring as hell and should be banned from tv!!

It's interesting that you use the words'ignorant'and'boring.'First off, everyone is different. So what is boring for you is not going to be boring for everyone else. You find poker boring, millions don't, which is why they air the shows. It's all about ratings and money. If no one watched, they would stop showing it.As for the show being'ignorant'I don't really see how watching professional poker players playing poker at a world class level can be considered ignorant. Most of the players who make it on TV are incredibly talented and some of them have made millions of dollars from their play. However, dismissing something you don't like or understand, that certainly is ignorant.The great thing about a TV is they come with an off switch and usually a channel control. This means if you don't like what you are watching, you can change channel until you find something you do. Perhaps you should do that instead of whining about shows you don't enjoy.

Ignorant? Why? I think only serious players watch much of that for very long. To learn, of course.

I watch to learn the game so I can get better and take all your money.

I love watching it on TV, it's just like any other sport, you either like it or you don't. I think it's ignorant to slam other people's choices just because you don't agree.
