Default No-limit Texas Hold-'em Poker: How much skill does it really take?

We see amateurs winning the World Championship year after year. It's true that some players do have terrific skills of"reading"other players -- and using psychological techniques. But what perccentage of success would you say, over a long tournament, is in end due to luck of the draw? Also, how do you feel about sunglasses and earphones at the table? These seem to be artificial aids to me, and I think it would make for a better game if these were elimated by new rules. Agree? Are other Poker games really better tests of skill than All-in Hold-'em? If so, is the current popularity of WPT, World Series and so on just because this game is so accessible?Well, ZCT, I'd say despite my"lack of experience"your reputation as a"Top Player", that you're bluffing. No wonder these amateurs keep winning.
