Default Can you play poker for money on the internet?

I live in the US and we now cannot play poker on the internet for money, or at least you at one time couldn't. My question is there a way around that so I can play some poker in the comfort of my own home?

sure you can - but be careful. It's very easy to drop a bundle very quickly. Always remind yourself that it's real money. You need to download some software from a site such as Full Tilt Poker, set up an account, and deposit funds. That's your buy in. Then you can sit down at a table and play. I'd advise starting in a very small stakes game until you get the hang of it, then work your way up as you hone your skills. And remember - it's REAL money!

Sure. But make sure your bank knows about it first, So they can authorize the transactions. If you cant use a credit card, there are other ways like singing up for a card where you put money on it and use it like a phone card.... Partypoker.com.... Is a great site.
