Default I'm a beginner at poker and need to test my skills-help?!?
Just getting to grips with poker rules, and desperately want to play but not (yet) play for money. Are there any web games etc where I can play but just for fun? not for real money etc? and not games that cost to play? Or anywhere where I can play people (internet or real) but not for cash? Want to practice loads without losing money!! Big thanks if you can helpsites suggested such as triplejack.com and pokerroom.com do they not cost then?? i need no cost, don't want to play for REAL money, and no commitment to the site

pokerroom.com is the one i use...you can play for play money

888.com is one of the best and longest running sites. There's more free games on there than most other sites. If you go on to money play there are lots of tournaments that are free to enter.

Almost all the big name sites have a .net version that is purely free. FullTiltPoker.net, PartyPoker.net, PokerStars.net...I would start with those. Then if you decide you wanna play for money, just download the .com version of the one you like the best.
